A line of pasta made with 100% Italian semolina produced by slowly grinding wheat at a low temperature.  This process "completely" micronises the grain, preserving all the substances present within including the germ, lipids, vitamins B and E, minerals, sterols and enzymes for the maximum flavour and nutritional value. 
A product rich in aroma and natural fragrances.
