Oven Pasta (IQF)

It is well known that the cuisine of Bologna is full of rich dishes. A good example is cannelloni with a vegetable or meat filling and Bolognese rosette made from a roll of pasta filled with ricotta and spinach with the tasty addition of cooked ham and cheese. Not to speak of crespelle, delicious fried dough filled and folded over for easy use, which have a rich variety of fillings.
With our IQF (individually quick frozen) oven pasta range we wanted to offer these rich and elaborate products so they can be used as the cook prefers, and the desired amount prepared quickly in the oven.
The ingredients are once again of the best quality, for example local pork, PGI Bologna mortadella, an excellent ricotta, grana cheese, etc.
