Made according to the Bolognese tradition: the green pasta sheets are interlaced with meat and béchamel sauce and grana padano PDO* cheese.

Green pasta sheets: durum wheat semolina, soft-wheat flour, fresh pasteurised egg (25%), with the addition of dried spinach (2%).

Bolognese meat sauce: pork, onion-carrot-celery, tomatoes.

Béchamel sauce: UHT milk, flour, butter, nutmeg.

Pasta sheets: 20%, meat sauce 30%, béchamel sauce: 50%.
