Crespella: fresh pasteurised egg, UHT milk, wheat flour.

Crespella filling: cow’s milk ricotta, grana padano DPO*, characterized by truffled mushroom sauce (14%)

Béchamel sauce: UHT milk, flour, butter, nutmeg.

Crespelle: 48%, Béchamel sauce: 52%.
