Trays ready for the oven with 12 crespelle (60 gr.apr.) each with béchamel sauce to a maximum weight of 1.5 kg. Decoration for illustration purposes.

Crespella: fresh pasteurised egg, UHT milk, wheat flour.

Crespella filling: cow’s milk ricotta, grana padano PDO* cheese, characterized by cooked ham (25%).

Béchamel sauce: UHT milk, flour, butter, nutmeg.

Crespelle: 48%, Béchamel sauce: 52%.
