Yellow pasta sheets: durum wheat semolina, soft-wheat flour, fresh pasteurised egg (25%).

Cannellone filling: cow’s milk ricotta (76%), grana padano PDO* cheese, leaf spinach (15%).

*Protected Designation of Origin

Béchamel sauce: UHT milk, flour, butter, nutmeg.

Cannelloni: 60%, béchamel sauce: 40%.
