Gran tortelli

The Gran tortelli are large format Ravioli, very elegant to look at.

 So very few pieces of product may be served in a creative and original way, particularly if presented as a unique dish matched to taste, shape and color to other components such as vegetables, fish, meat and more.

The “ GRAN TORTELLI ” group  belongs to the wide family of  FROZEN FRESH PASTA made by GRAN BOLOGNA, in the assortment of  FILLED PASTA including many other pasta shapes.
 
To the same family belong the “ RAVIOLI  DOPPIASFOGLIA” (*) smaller but with great variety of shapes, colors and fillings.
(*) "Double pasta sheet RAVIOLI ". They  are ravioli obtained by the overlapping of two pasta sheets 
 
The ravioli family also includes the group of " IDEEINFORMA " (shapely ideas) obtained by folding a sole pasta-sheet in fancy ways.
