We are a modern production company, founded over twenty years ago, located in the heart of traditional Bolognese cooking country. Our mission is to keep alive the tradition of egg pasta and fillings, made with the care and skill of home cooks.
For this reason we carefully search for and safeguard the aromas and tastes of yesteryear, selecting only the best quality natural local ingredients, special machines, soft production technologies.
“Tortellini and friends” is the theme of our gastronomic journey into the world of first courses. Our starting point is “the fat and intellectual” city of Bologna, and from there we extend our reach to the boundaries of the noblest tradition of Italian food. On our journey we will come across plenty of stories, all of which display an amazing wealth of imagination.
