Gnocchi

Gnocchi are a typical Italian product, created in the home using the ingredients that were available: potatoes, flour, and water.

The simple ingredients carefully mixed together, and the homemade look obtained by pressing balls of dough onto the prongs of a fork, have given us a tasty first course, which is soft but not sticky, and goes well with a number of different sauces.

We also make a delicious small shaped product called ‘chicche’ which is perfect for delicious sauces, especially those with fish.
Interesting variations can be obtained by adding vegetables such as spinach or pumpkin.
