RAVIOLI “DOPPIASFOGLIA” (double layer) constitute an entire galaxy of filled pasta products, and are one of the mainstays of our range.
 
Between two overlapping pasta-sheets layers we have enclosed various fillings, soft and creamy, to offer a wide variety of tastes from classic, as the combination  ricotta and spinach, perhaps tossed in butter, to the taste of many cheese or d.o.p. buffalo mozzarella .. up to fish filled ravioli with a different shape and contents: swordfish, grouper, tuna, monkfish, sea bass ...
