We believe that the tradition of typical fresh pasta, the kind we make at home for ‘sfogline’ for example, which historically originated in Bologna and Emilia Romagna, should be maintained, safeguarded and promoted alongside the other fine pastas typical of the best Italian regional cooking.
 Our goal is to preserve the quality and the taste of traditional pasta and take them to Italian tables  and promote pasta to the rest of the world as a symbol of made in Italy food.
We employ a modern deep-freezing system that allows to maintain for a long time the original characteristics of the product, such as freshly made, allowing the user in cooking quick and easy to use depending on the needs of the moment.
 Therefore we say that our product is fresh, very fresh, deep frozen
